Tyler
Tyler is our founder and president at IVR. Tyler embraced sobriety on August 23, 2021, and has since been a passionate advocate for open, honest conversations about recovery. He believes in the power of sharing his journey to help break down the stigma surrounding addiction and alcoholism. Tyler is dedicated to fostering a supportive community where individuals can connect, uplift one another, and thrive together on their path to recovery.

Sarah
Sarah serves as the Vice President of IVR and has been an integral part of our mission since her own recovery journey began on October 19th, 2019. She joined IVR with a deep commitment to helping others overcome their battles, understanding that recovery is not only about the individual but also about the support of family, friends, and loved ones. Sarah is passionate about IVR because she knows that addiction affects everyone in its path, and she is dedicated to creating a supportive community where both individuals and their families can heal and thrive together.

Ariel
Ariel, Secretary/Treasurer of Illinois Valley Recovery, brings over a decade of healthcare experience and a dedication to ongoing education. Having witnessed the impact of substance use disorders on loved ones and personally overcoming unhealthy coping mechanisms, she is passionate about sobriety’s ability to improve physical and mental well-being, reduce chronic disease risk, enhance sleep and mood, and strengthen relationships—ultimately leading to a better quality of life.

Julia
Julia is the marketing and communications expert behind IVR’s success. With over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she is deeply committed to helping organizations thrive through strategic marketing. Julia joined IVR not only because of her passion for nonprofit success but also to support her friend Tyler in navigating the challenges of this impactful work. Her dedication to IVR’s mission and her expertise make her an invaluable part of the team.
